The best skincare products I have discovered

It is no surprise that lately skincare products and routines have got our attention and motivated us to pay more attention to the products we are using. I must admit that I have been incredibly blessed to never have had major skin problems. Sure, some little monsters and blackheads did appear from time to time, but other than that, nothing noticeable. It was last year mask wearing which changed my skin’s  behaviour in some quite noticeable manner.  😄

In the midst of this issue, I have started to pay more attention to my skin and I must say that it is not like I did not do this before, but now I did it even more. I was determined to find something that would work for me and that would help my skin as much as it could. One things that I learned for sure while doing all this research is that a complicated skincare routine doesn’t necessarily mean that it will be efficient. Sure, what I am trying to say it’s that there is no wrong or right, because our skin is different and we can make it as complex as we want to make it. 🙈

The journey for skincare is full of information and lessons and you may feel a little overwhelmed, or at least I did feel this way… But without a doubt I discovered valuable pieces of information.

We want to reach the level of a perfectly hydrated, plumped, cleansed skin, and that level can be reached only based on the ingredients in our skincare products. With this being said, I would like to introduce you to some of the best products I have tried and worked wonders for me.   😊

Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream

I have been using this cream for almost 2 years now and I have opted for the SPF 30 version of it. It has become a holy grail for me and I cannot recommend it enough. I use it daily and I can notice the difference it has made for me. 💖

I have been re-purchasing it for quite some time now (as you can see this is how much I love it).

Cerave Foaming Cleanser

I have heard and read great things about this one and I must say that it did not disappoint me at all. It has become my favourite cleanser by far. It has simple ingredients, and it contains 3 ceramides which protect the skin barrier. It is fragrance free and non-comedogenic, which is makes it an ever bigger plus. This one would have to be the affordable product which delivers a lot more for its price.

The Ordinary

By now the entire internet is talking about the Ordinary and they are not wrong at all. Their products have natural ingredients and basically Deciem have created simple products, which deliver the most, at the most affordable prices. I will discuss more about them in a new article , which is coming soon.

Rilastil

If you have been here for quite some time, then you might know that Rilastil has one of the best micellar waters and I have been using it for over 2 years now. I have noticed it is the one I keep on going back to, even though there are other micellar solutions I am using too. If you would like to know more about Rilastil, then I recommend you check this article to find out more.

La Roche Posay

I would have to describe 2 of their products as being  soothing and calming.

La Roche Posay Toleriane is that one face cream which helps hydrate my sensitive skin. A big plus are the ingredients used for this cream and the fact that it is fragrance free. Also, I am using it especially as my PM cream.

La Roche’s Effaclar Duo has helped my skin and diminished the imperfections, while reducing their aspect. This has been a life saver.

La Roche Posay products are highly recommended by dermatologist and we can see exactly the reasons why. If you would like to read some more  about the products I have tried, you can read all about it here

I hope you found some new information in this article and you will try some of these products. I will be back with more reviews and info about skin care, since it is a journey, through which we are all learning.

Take care and see you soon!
