Easy smoothies recipes

Smoothies are probably the fastest and most delicious alternative for a full of energy breakfast. I’m a big fan of them, especially in those mornings when I am in an incredible rush and I have no time to sit still and enjoy breakfast. Not only they are easy to make, but you can choose various combination based on your preference, and you have a wide range you can choose from. From green smoothies to fruit smoothies. I am not an expert, but I thought I would share with you some of the easiest and nutritious smoothies I prefer.

And… on top of it all you can bring your smoothie to school/courses or work since it is so easy to carry around.

Banana and Mango Smoothie

This one has got to be my favourite smoothie and the easiest to make! It’s delicious and so beneficial for your health. I actually never thought that the combination of mango and banana would work so well. Just give it a try and let me know your thoughts!

Berries and Banana Smoothie

All you need for this one is a frozen or fresh banana and frozen berries (raspberries, cranberries, blueberries). If you want, you can add seeds (that could be chia seeds, sunflower seeds, hamp seeds) based on your preference. This is all! Simple, fast and easy!

Bonus tip: You can use even Greek yoghurt if you would want a different consistency.

Cherries and Banana Smoothie

This would have to be another unexpected combination which I tried and it was absolutely delicious. A very simple 2 ingredients combo. This smoothie would have to be tried at least once. It was so flavored and it tasted like ice cream. It can be considered as a very nice summer recipe (and it can take you back to summer quickly). Also, don’t forget to top it off, with cherries/banana/seeds based on your preference.

Fruit Smoothie

This is one of the easiest to make and fresh smoothies. You can basically use all types of fruits that you like. This would make a delicious breakfast or dessert. All you have to do is to mix together different fruits: kiwi, cherries, raspberries, banana, orange, lemon, mango and so on. It is honestly a very nice combination and it will give you all the energy and vitamins you need for the day.

Of course that you can try even more combinations, including green smoothies, which are next on my list for this season. As you saw, based on the combinations they make a sweet dessert which won’t leave you feeling too full of sugar, while giving you energy for the day. Depending on your choice, smoothies can leave you full and offer you all the right nutrients and if you weren’t convinced up till now, then this is the perfect time to start by choosing one of 4 smoothies above. And don’t forget to let me know which one was your favourite and which smoothie I should try next.

All love,
