I hope 2024 treats you well! This one year marks some important findings I wanted to share with you in case you want to try something new or you are just on the hunt for something new. As a self-proclaimed beauty aficionado, I am passionate about sharing my experiences and insights with you. 😊 This time we’ll delve into some products and discoveries from DM-Drogerie Markt. For those of you who don’t know dm-drogerie markt is a chain of retail stores headquartered in Karlsruhe, Germany, which offers cosmetics, along with healthcare items, household products. Without further ado, we’ll continue to take a look over the findings:
Catrice Slim’Matic eyebrow pencil has to be one of the best findings in DM. Not only it is affordable, but it glides on the skin beautifully and it stays for hours. I like how precise it is and I can’t believe I haven’t written about it yet, especially because I repurchased it several times. It just simply works wonders for its price, because it defines the brow and it gives a polished look. By having an ultra slim tip, it allows you to fill in the brows precisely.
You can find this in DM in 7 shades and for 3 euros I think it is one of the best options within this price. I would also add a downside, and that is the fact that it gets used up quickly if used daily.
All in all, one of the best findings.
While shopping in DM, there is no way one doesn’t fall in love with Balea (DM’s brand). Not only they have affordable products, but they are also qualitative. The shower gels cost 1 euro, and they smell really nice and the bonus is that they last quite some time. They are lightweight, don’t cause any irritation and retains moisture and makes the skin feel hydrated.
I have used more shower gels, including some limited edition ones and they did not disappoint. I believe they are a good quality for the price.
Continuing on the same note, a good finding in DM was also their liquid hand wash. It has an amazing scent and it was oh… so appreciated by all our guests. It left the hands soft, smelling really nice and it the quantity lasts a long time. At the same time, what I like is that these bottles have refills that can be bought separately, so we can be more eco-friendly.
For this next product, I don’t have enough words to say how good it is for its price. Definitely, such a steal for the price. The Balea shaving foam with silk protein & avocado oil was a great find for my sensitive skin. It comes is a pink deodorant like container and has a cap, which makes it easy to carry around, especially when you travel. It has a mild fragrance and the foam allows the razor to glide over the skin and leaves no residue, nor dryness to the skin. They have also other formulas for this shaving foam.
