Estée Lauder Futurist Aqua Brilliance Primer Review

Hello my beautiful friends!

Today we are going to review a primer that changed the game for me and my mixed to dry skin. Across time I have tested some products from this brand, including their perfecting loose powder, which surprised me in a good way. I must say this primer got me hooked starting with a sample I received from Sephora. From the first 2 uses I noticed how well it worked with my skin and the dewy finish it left. At first, I was a bit skeptical taking into consideration the price, but it surpassed all my expectations. 😎

The primer comes into a squeeze in tube, but it works well since it allows just the necessary quantity of product to be applied. The product has 40 ml/ 1.35 FL.OZ.

The instruction say the following: Apply on clean skin. Wear alone, underneath makeup or to touch up as desired.” While testing it I discovered it can be used over your daily serum and moisturizer.

What I love most about this primer is that it leaves skin looking healthy and radiant. Because I have a dry skin during winter months, it works wonders. It hydrates it instantly and it helps me have a smooth makeup application.

It provides a long term moisture, because it stayed nice and put for more than 8 hours.  As its main ingredients it has water (as it is a water based primer), two types of Hyaluronic Acid plus Glycerin, Jojoba Seed Oil. The rest of the ingredients can be also consulted on the official website. It is alcohol free and it has a nice and subtle scent once it is applied and it’s not too overwhelming. The texture is a big win for me.

Even though this primer is a bit higher in price, I must say it’s worth every penny. It gives a dewy look, it smooths the skin and evens it out. The fact that it’s water based, it’s a big plus on my side. Have you tried this primer? If yes, let me know your thoughts, because I am more than happy to see them. 😊
