Unveiling The Rituals Magic: A Review of Their Must-Have Products

Hello, my beautiful friends, and welcome back to a new blog post!
I had a productive time trying lots of new products and I am trying to update you real time as fast as I can. Nonetheless, today we will discuss about a daily shower routine that elevates your senses and leaves you feeling pampered.

Look no further than Rituals Cosmetics that will turn your bathroom into a spa-like sanctuary! In this review, we’ll be diving deep into the world of Rituals, exploring their best-selling shower gels, dissecting their unique fragrances and formulations, and uncovering whether they truly deliver on their promise of luxury.

The Rituals shower gels

The rituals shower gels have a creamy foam and the formula is gentle and suitable for most skin types. What I really enjoy is the wide range of scents they offer, from floral to citrus and spicy. Every time I use this shower gel it leaves my skin so soft and hydrated and the smell lingers for quite some hours.
I must also say their packaging feels rather luxurious and they are aesthetically pleasing and visually will be an addition to your bathroom.

The shower gels come in a 200 ml pressurised tube, which makes it easy to use. It lasts for quite some time, as you need just a bit of product that goes a long way.

The Rituals has many scents one can choose from, but today I will cover:
– The Ritual of Sakura
– The Ritual of Mehr
– The Ritual of Hammam

The Ritual of Sakura

The claim for this scent, as stated on the rituals website would be:

Step into an uplifting shower experience with this rich foam. Infused with nourishing rice milk and the renewing scent of sweet cherry blossom, it transforms your daily routine.

It contains rice milk and cherry blossom. While throughout Asia, rice milk extract is used in skin and body care to soften the skin, the cherry blossom is often included to help soothe and even out skin tone.

I must say this one is my favourite one and I keep on purchasing, because it boasts a delicate and fresh floral fragrance. As soon as the product foams up, you can feel the scent and it’s just one of the best fragrances I’ve ever smelled. It is perfect for those who prefer lighter, airy scents. Once on the skin, it feels very rich and creamy. The formula is gentle and shouldn’t leave your skin feeling dry or tight.
Overall, the Ritual of Sakura is perfect if you enjoy spring and subtle floral scents.

The Ritual of Mehr

The claim for this scent, as stated on the rituals website would be:

The Ritual of Mehr celebrates the joy that comes from the bold, bright energy of the sun, helping you direct that vitality into your life.

It contains sweet orange and cedar wood and it creates a unique and inviting aroma, and I cannot put into words what a beautiful scent this one is. Similar to Sakura, it produces a luxurious and rich lather that cleanses effectively. This formula is also gentle and doesn’t leave your skin feeling dry.

It is perfect for those who prefer warmer, spicy scents. I must also mention that this one particular scent I have used most throughout the colder weather (autumn and winter). It might be a good choice for colder months so that it invigorates you, as it has more of a woody fragrance.

The ritual of Hammam

The claim for this scent, as stated on the rituals website would be:

The Ritual of Hammam collection draws from ancient cleansing traditions, providing a modern at-home spa experience with over 90% natural-origin ingredients, including eucalyptus and argan oil.

When I first tried this shower gel I must say that I did not expect such a strong eucalyptus scent. It is so fresh. It contains rosemary, creating a refreshing and invigorating aroma. Somehow, it takes you into a spa experience. It produces a rich and creamy lather which lasts on the skin. Just like the others, the skin is not feeling dry at all and it is very gentle. This would also be my boyfriend’s favourite.
If I were to give a piece of advice, you could use this one for your morning shower, as well as after a post-workout, as it is invigorating.

Whether you’re looking for a luxurious experience or simply a way to elevate your daily shower routine, Rituals shower gels offer a unique and enjoyable experience. A big plus is they are free from parabens, sulfates, and mineral oil, which makes them suitable for sensitive skin types. They are on the pricier side compared to other shower gels, but the quality and sensorial experience is worth it. They come in various sizes, making them perfect for home use or travel.

The Rituals car perfumes

Their line of car perfumes goes in the same way as the shower gels go namely, they offer a luxurious and fragrant alternative to traditional car fresheners. I must say they are very sleek and stylish and you can’t go wrong if you plan to offer this as a gift to a car lover.
From the moment, I did the unboxing, I could notice they come in a wooden holder with a magnetic clip, exuding a premium feel. I especially appreciate and like the wooden holder that is designed for long-term use. They are very thoughtful for this one and eco-friendly, since the packaging comes with a refill. Also, you can then choose any other scent you would like as a refill.
They have a really easy installation because the magnetic clip makes it simple to attach the perfume to your car’s air vent.

Before purchasing it, we tried to find many opinions about its longevity and there are mixed reviews. However, what I would like to point out is that the scent will be stronger in the beginning, but you will notice it will start to fade away after some weeks. The intensity of the smell will gradually change. Also, several factors can impact how long the scent lasts, including car size, and air circulation.

In terms of formula, the Rituals car perfumes likely use an alcohol-based one.

Although Rituals car perfumes provide a stylish and pleasant way to freshen your car’s interior, together with the sleek packaging and variety of scents, you might want to keep in mind the price as well as the longevity of the fragrance. We loved it, as we had a limited edition one- The legend of the Dragon (plum and cedar wood)!

The Rituals home spray

Where do I even begin? This has got to be one of their favorite products after their shower gels. The fragrance left in the living space is just incredible. At first, we were not too sure about them so we started by ordering smaller bottles to try out.

They are very easy to use as the spray nozzle provides a controlled and even distribution of fragrance. Generally, the fragrances are subtle and pleasant, creating a welcoming atmosphere without being overpowering. The 2 scents I have tried so far are Sweet Jasmine and Suede Vanilla, but they have various scents just as in the case of shower gels.

We need to cover also how long-lasting they are, this might differ, just as in the case of car perfumes. What I have noticed so far is that the perfume lasts for a couple of hours and then gradually it fades away. Eventually, it all comes down to this: open windows, air circulation, room size, and the chosen scent. You might want to consider the size of your space and desired scent intensity when choosing a size and fragrance. Other than this, I might say it does smell amazing in the rooms.

Whether you’re drawn to the luxurious packaging, the variety of scents, or the brand’s focus on mindful living, Rituals offers a unique approach to everyday products. If you’re looking for a touch of luxury and a way to transform your everyday moments into mini rituals, Rituals might be worth exploring.
