Office hours outfit
Hey there! 🙂
In today’s blog post, we will try to find inspiration for the office hours, even if it’s the weekend. But this will get you ready for the upcoming week. 🙂 I know how it goes, when sometimes you wake up in the morning and you are staring at your closet and you say to yourself: “What should I wear today at work? I have nothing to wear.”
Well, based on your office’s dress code, you may be required to have a more business or smart casual look. Today, I have a little idea for you if your office hours request a more business look.
For a little bit of color I have chosen a cobalt blue bell sleeved blouse. This is a good way to add a pop of color to a plain outfit. The sleeves represent a detail which is really chic and elegant, and it is in style. A bell sleeved top will ensure a more sophisticated look while being flattering.
It can also be worn on a night out, besides the office. It is a versatile piece of clothing, which you need to have in your wardrobe, because it will dress up your outfit immediately.
When it comes to the business environment, if your 9-5 job requests a business dress code, then these trousers should be part of your wardrobe! For this outfit, I have chosen a pair of grey tailored pants with a crease. They can easily be worn even with a white shirt and a suit jacket.
For the shoes, I can offer you two alternatives, depending on your preference and schedule for the day, if you have a lot of meetings to attend: you could pair it with flats-which would work great and it would be more comfortable. If you don’t have such a busy day, then you can wear high-heels and the ones I have chosen for today are a neutral-cream color. When it comes to a business attire it is better to stick with neutrals, and black and white. Of course that you can simply add colors which would work with this combination.
As for the accessories, choose a simple bag, which would work with your outfit’s color scheme. At the same time, keep it simple to when it comes to jewelry using small accessories.
